Atome Perfumery offers personalized bottle labels for guests who want a custom finishing touch for the perfume they create during their studio session. Guests may choose between Atome-designed labels or submitting their own completed artwork.

Label Options

Option 1. Atome-Designed Labels

Guests may select from Atome’s pre-designed label styles and customize colors.

• Color customization is included
• Fully custom design work by Atome is available for a $50 design fee
• Requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the session

Proof & Approval

• One digital proof is provided 2–3 days before the appointment
• Final approval is required at least 24 hours before the session
• Printing cannot be guaranteed if approval is not received by the deadline

Option 2. Client-Provided Artwork (Final Artwork Only)

Guests may submit their own completed label design.

• Client-provided artwork is treated as the final proof
• This option does not include a proof or approval process
• Atome does not edit or modify submitted artwork
• Atome cannot guarantee printed colors will exactly match on-screen colors
• Final artwork must be submitted at least 2 days before the event date

File & Design Guidelines for Client-Provided Artwork

• Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, or JPG
• Maximum label size: 2 × 2.75 inches
• Keep all text and key elements away from edges to avoid cropping
• Please review spelling, layout, and resolution before submission

Artwork Review & Corrections

• If submitted artwork does not meet guidelines, the client will be notified at least 24 hours before the event
• The client is responsible for making and resubmitting corrections within that timeframe
• Printing cannot be guaranteed if corrected artwork is not received in time

• Atome Perfumery is not responsible for spelling errors, resolution issues, or design choices in submitted or approved artwork
