Custom Labels for our Private Celebration Guests


Atome Perfumery offers personalized bottle labels for guests who would like a custom finishing touch for the perfume created during their studio session. Guests may choose from one of the following three label options. Regardless of the option selected, all artwork, selections, and approvals must be finalized and submitted at least 2 days before the appointment date to allow adequate time for printing.

Label Options

Option 1. Atome Template Labels

Guests may select from Atome’s pre-designed label styles with customizable colors and text.

  • Color customization available (please note that printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen appearance)
  • Text customization available (Event titles, names, dates, etc.)

Proof & Approval

  • One digital proof is provided 3–4 days before the appointment
  • Final approval is required at least 2 days before the session
  • Printing cannot be guaranteed if approval is not received by the deadline

Option 2. Client-Provided Artwork (Final Artwork Only)

Guests may submit their own completed label design.

  • Client-provided artwork is treated as the final proof
  • This option does not include a proof or approval process
  • Atome does not edit or modify submitted artwork
  • Atome cannot guarantee printed colors will exactly match on-screen colors
  • Final artwork must be submitted at least 2 days before the event date

File & Design Guidelines for Client-Provided Artwork

  • Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, or JPG
  • Maximum label size: 2 × 2.75 inches
  • Keep all text and key elements away from edges to avoid cropping
  • Please review spelling, layout, and resolution before submission

Option 3. Fully Custom Labels Designed by Atome

Guests may request a completely custom label design created by Atome.

  • Custom design service available for a $100 design fee
  • Includes one digital proof and one round of minor revisions
  • Design direction, wording, and preferences must be submitted at least 5 days before the celebration
  • Final approval must be received at least 2 days before the celebration date

Printing & Artwork Disclaimer

  • Atome Perfumery reserves the right to decline artwork that does not meet printing or quality requirements
  • Low-resolution files may result in blurry or pixelated printing
  • Minor variations in color, alignment, sizing, and print placement may occur during production
  • Metallic, neon, or highly saturated colors may print differently than they appear on screen
  • Late submissions, delayed approvals, or replacement artwork may impact printing availability
  • Atome Perfumery is not responsible for spelling, grammar, or design errors in client-approved or client-submitted artwork
  • In the event that labels cannot be printed in time due to submission or approval delays, standard Atome labels may be used instead
