Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We aim to keep our cancellation policy flexible and generous while also being fair to our small studio.  To keep our schedule fair and running smoothly:

• Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

• You may reschedule once with a minimum of 6 hours’ notice.

• Additional reschedules will incur a $15 rescheduling fee.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
